Guided forest walk

Two hours on foot with one of our guides, who grew up on this edge of the forest. Colobus, turacos, elephant tracks and, with luck, a bushbuck in the glades.

Horse ride on the plains
90 minutes
A quiet ride out across the open country below the lodge, among zebra and gazelle. Horses for beginners and for riders. Hats provided.

Conservancy game drive
Half a day
A morning in an open vehicle in one of the Laikipia conservancies, forty minutes from the lodge, with a picnic breakfast. Conservancy entry fees are paid at the gate and are not included.

A table for your party set in the forest, by lantern light, with a fire beside it. Four courses, cooked over coals.

Transfer from Nanyuki
